The location was great for exploring, close to key attractions and public transport. the breakfast options felt overpriced for what was provided, and the limited dining hours were disappointing. The comfortable mattress made for a good night’s sleep, but service during breakfast was slow and unresponsive, which affected the overall experience.

Couples seeking relaxation
Had a lovely champagne afternoon tea with my wife here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff were all welcoming and attentive, double-checking our dietary needs and keeping our scones warm until we were ready — that's the kind of service that leaves a mark.
It wasn't inexpensive, but the experience felt justified.

The Bentley’s afternoon tea is a right treat, making even a rainy London day feel special. Loved my time in the hammam spa—such a fab way to unwind! Plus, the Turkish hot stone treatment had me floating on a cloud.
While the place exuded charm, the rooms could do with a touch-up. Sound insulation isn't great, and a better smoking area would be a nice touch. the bar closing early was a bit of a letdown.

The deep soaking spa bath was a highlight of my stay! So relaxing! Just wish the room had better sound insulation, as I could hear a lot from the hall. But overall, a charming place. 😊

Had a great time with friends! We visited Kensington Palace and the Royal Albert Hall, both amazing spots. The area was quiet and safe, perfect for exploring. The staff were super helpful. The spa was a nice treat too. a fun and relaxing getaway for our group.
Only downside was the breakfast, which felt overpriced for what was offered. I’d recommend finding a local café for a better deal.

The deluxe king room features high ceilings and polished marble finishes, giving it an elegant yet cozy vibe. Tucked away in the heart of Kensington, you can explore charming cafes and restaurants within a short walk, making breakfast an adventure outside the hotel.
The lobby had a noticeable sewer smell that might be off-putting upon arrival. Our TV had no sound which we discovered late during our stay. the outdated amenities added to a sense of dullness. Showers lacked proper pressure, and the clocks were annoyingly bright at night. While the character of the hotel is strong, it's clear some areas are due for refurbishment, leading to a slightly lackluster impression overall.
